Q. Can you send me catalog?
Currently we do not print any catalogs. We use this website as a e-catalog. We are working on adding printer friendly .pdf product sheets for your convenience.

Q. I placed an order but my shopping cart didn't show it.
A. Our shopping cart software sends cookies so that it can remember and greet you when you come back to shop again. This usually happens when the cookies option is turned off in your browser settings. Please turn cookie acceptance on, close your browser and reopen it again and that should take care of the problem.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. We usually ship within 7 business days of receiving your order with a confirmed payment. Generally, under normal circumstances, you will get your product within 7-14 business days depending on where you are.

Q. How do you ship large products?
A. We use either Fedex Freight or UPS freight. Please click here for detailed Freight Information.
 
Q. Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are located in Miami and we ship from either of our warehouses.
 
Q. Do you provide a gift wrap service?
A. No, not at the moment. We will offer it on the website as soon as it becomes available.

Q. Do you wholesale to businesses and shops?
A. We have stopped selling wholesale as of June 2008.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We offer a "15 DAYS MONEYBACK GUARANTEE". We are committed to our customers satisfaction. In the event that you need to return any merchandise purchased online, please email or call us to get an authorization. We will be very happy to help you with the exchange or return. Once you have initiated contact for an authorization within 15 days, you are automatically protected under this policy. DO NOT return any merchandise without a return authorization. We will process a full refund less 10% within 7 days of receipt of the return.
 
Q. Are your products excatly as shown online?
A. Due to the nature of hand made products, dimensions, details and/or colors represented in our catalog may vary slightly. Natural variations in products are not considered damages or defects.
 
Q. How do I place a claim?
A. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via email and/or fax. DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restock fee. IMPORTANT: Due to strict shipping and claim handling policies, damaged product claims will only be accepted and honored within 48 hours of receipt of order. This is strictly enforced.
 
Q. The shopping cart won't take my credit card.
A. First, make sure a valid credit card number is keyed in. Also, don't type any slashes, dashes, or spaces as you input the credit card number and expiration date. Make sure that the zip code in billing matches that where your credit card statement is mailed to. This is a security feature. If all of the above is correct you should have no problem proceeding.
