Q. How do I place an order?

Q. I placed an order but my shopping cart didn't show it.
A. Our shopping cart software sends cookies so that it can remember and greet you when you come back to shop again. This usually happens when the cookies option is turned off in your browser settings. Please turn cookie acceptance on, close your browser and reopen it again and that should take care of the problem.
Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. We usually ship within 7 business days of receiving your order with a confirmed payment. Generally, under normal circumstances, you will get your product within 7-14 business days depending on where you are.
